Overview

Bexcon ran the financial-control monitoring for Demospec Décontamination, who acted as the contractor, during the construction of a new industrial building intended for its sister division Demospec Sciage et Forage Inc. — a $3.2M project delivered in September 2025. The expansion now brings the Demospec complex to over 41,000 sq ft across four buildings in East Montréal.

The Demospec group

Demospec is a Quebec construction group bringing together three complementary divisions, in business since 1999: Deconstruction, Decontamination and Sawing & Drilling. On this project, Demospec Décontamination acted as the contractor, building for its sister division Demospec Sciage et Forage Inc.
